Now is not a typical economy. The scale of change eclipses anything that as professional advisors we ever anticipated.

Organisations need to respond rapidly to mitigate Now risks.  But we also need to prepare a Next strategy for recovery into a new never again normal world.

Our customers have long memories – they will remember how we support them Now.
